Molly Paugh

Public Member, 2017
Primary office:

My son, Quinn, attended Hilltop from 2014-2015 and was a proud member of the Turtle room. I joined the Board of Directors at Hilltop in 2017 because my family values the positive community that Hilltop creates on campus and in the broader city of Lawrence.

I have been with the KU Endowment Association for nine years, and currently serve as the assistant director of donor relations. At KU Endowment, I have the great pleasure of working with my colleagues, as well as partners on campus, to share the impact of philanthropic giving with KU’s donors. Connecting people to KU is a personal and professional passion.

Prior to my career in fundraising, I worked as a graphic designer and art director at for-profit and non-profit companies to develop and expand brand strategy. I have a bachelor’s degree in journalism from KU and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Creative strategy development, brand awareness and care for the audiences that Hilltop serves are strengths that I bring to the board.

In addition to my role on the Hilltop Board of Directors, I co-lead a Girl Scout troop and spend much time keeping up with my active family.
